CIA agent Sean Davidson and his associate Carl are sent on a new mission: Anti-American Colonel Scott Mulgrew from Great Britain and Muslim militant Sheik Maksood are preparing to plant a nuclear devise in a suitcase in New York City!
In addition, they have kidnapped some of the Delta Force commando team, and threaten to kill them and destroy the city unless they are paid fifty million dollars. All is not lost when special forces commando Joe Armstrong comes out of retirement to help Sean and Carl prevent the mayhem.
